The erectile dysfunction drug will be available in 14,000 stores across Britain and via pharmacy websites.

They will advise men to consult with their doctor no less than six months after buying Viagra so that any potential underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease can be investigated.
A Boots spokesperson said that the man affected by erectile dysfunction should buy the drug themselves wherever practically possible.

A four-pack of the tablets will cost £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99.

A Brazilian pharmaceutical company has been accused of conspiring with its drug wholesalers and pharmacies to distribute Viagra, its generic equivalent, to other countries, a lawsuit claims.
The Brazilian Ministry of Health (BNF) alleged that a former Brazilian national had been ordered to supply to the United States a fake Viagra that had been manufactured by a company called Almirante, the company said.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it would immediately issue warnings for the fake Viagra and its generic equivalent, which it believes were manufactured by Almirante, the Brazilian company said in a filing in the Federal Court of the Federal District of Sao Paulo.
The FDA said that an Almirante representative who was present during the sale of the fake Viagra to the company had purchased it in violation of the Federal Law of Import and Export, which regulates the importation of prescription drugs. However, the representative had received an order from the FDA to make it available for sale in the United States.
The FDA's investigation uncovered the sale of the fake Viagra to Almirante through a web site, which was also used by the company to distribute the fake drugs. In a separate case, the FDA said that it had received a similar order from a U. S. counterpart to distribute the fake drugs to other countries, which was being distributed through a website called Global Health.
According to the company, the FDA was aware of the drug's distribution in the United States but had received no response to its request for its distribution.
The FDA has also asked the Brazilian ministry to explain the actions of the company and the Brazilian government, who have taken the matter to the United States authorities.
The company has claimed that the FDA and the Brazilian government were involved in the sale of the fake drugs and other fake drugs to other countries.
